Great post Sonia! The story itself is basically unbelievable… a responsible person in a
company that deals with people come out with a
sledge hammer when a tsk..tsk.. would have
sufficed…
But the way you dish it out with your usual style
as a Goliath vs. David epic turns it into a great read…

I think this is going to be sent to some very large companies I’ve dealt with who are seriously struggling with the speed of new media.

Thanks for the interesting read. I wish companies were really forced to change when their wrong-doing is exposed… I just don’t see it yet. but am hopeful.
